Who are adulterers?
An adulterer usually has only one extramarital (love) relationship. The reason for it is mainly the crisis in which he has found himself for any kind of reason. It is true, however, that in the majority of cases the main reason is problems at work or not enough attention from their partners. An adulterer, as Pittman calls this type of person, typically experiences a strong feeling of guilt after the relationship is finished.
How about seducers?
Pittman classifies into this category people who constantly, obsessively seduce other women, which they hide from their partners. Potential strong sexual drive and experimenting with sexuality serve as an excuse. Among married men, as Pittman says, there are about 20% of real seducers and sometimes they even get a divorce.
Psychologists believe that seducers actually do not like women and sexuality. They see women as an enemy and they have to avoid their control. They think of themselves as real men who know how to manipulate a woman and also cheat on her. They find power and the feeling of superiority particularly important.
What type of people do they choose?
A seducer usually chooses people who trust them and are naive, so they can watch them in the eyes without any shame and lie to them.
At the end we can pose the question whether adulterers and seducers are really capable of love. Do they only know the word and proclaim it because of their own emotions? In any case, the way to real love always begins in us.
