Evaluate yourself - Nature has been kind enough to endow everyone with some special talents and abilities. No one is perfect or a master at everything. You need to tell that to yourself repeatedly. Get into the habit of waking up in the morning and while dressing up, giving yourself a feel-good internal conversation mental 'massage'. Focus on good things as you begin your day. Your improving fitness and energy levels will automatically boost your confidence.

Become aware - Start taking interest in things happening around you and in the world.

Keep track of international news, what's happening in your country and neighborhood. Use every opportunity to meet people without thinking about what they will think about you. Believe that you are likeable and you will soon see a similar reaction mirrored by other people. Information and belief in yourself will help you carry on any conversation with confidence.

Other techniques - Try and make reading a habit particularly of self-improvement books. You can often pick up fantastic tips. Start learning about impressive body language techniques and you can also try self-hypnosis CDs with music and subliminal messages to boost your confidence. Spend more time with friends and people who have a positive outlook on life. These are some of the easiest and most successful methods of boosting your self-confidence.
