HOW NLP CAN SOLVE PROBLEM LIKE OVEREATING or different addictions that we all have. Well the first thing to understand is that when we practice NLP we are learning how to communicate with ourselves on a whole new level, breaking the unwanted patterns of behavior that we practice all day without knowing.
This categorically means our mind and the patterns of behavior that we practice every day is the ROOT OF OUR PROBLEMS, and we are program to fail in other words we lack the will and confidence to achieve our goals. At the back of our conciseness we program our self's to think that this patterns are good for us and those cravings that tell us to overeat, and because we think and like to prove to ourselves that we are the masters of our life's then we eat even more, and in that process those patterns that we develop from a adolescence period or before will command our actions opposite to our conscious will.
For some people when the overeat they have filling of remorse and panic but why, well we know it's bad but we do it anyway sometimes is to fulfill some emotional hole, but at the end we know that isn't the answer we are looking for. What is the primary drive that all people have, to eat and reproduce these instincts is the base of the human psyche and by satisfy them we fill contempt.
When we eat we fill satisfied, so when you have cravings to eat conceptualize, use visualizations that you already eaten, this will give you a filling of entirely satisfied desire, then ask yourself again what do you want, and you will discover the desire underneath the eating and the mind and conciseness will guide you to your answer, when you get the answer you will fill comfort, and ones more ask yourself what do I want, this is the stage when you will get a feeling that circulate in your body and mind and by doing so you will BE ABLE TO DISCOVER THE TRUTH AND PRIMARY REASON OF OVEREATING.
The deeper you get by asking yourself you will get the core filling of your behavior, now use this filling to apply to all stages ((why we eat to fill the emotional hole) example: I eat to fill satisfied, what do I want, not to be sad, what do I want, not to be alone, what do you want to fill happy, what do you want, to be loved)).
Using the basis filing to all stages will diffuse fillings of remorse and panic and you will fill relax and content. Practice this when the cravings start and just enjoy the fruits of your practice. You can apply this for all the addictions that you fill that you don't have the power and will to solve.
